Temperature monitoring for switchgears and Transformers
Temperature sensors are 100% wireless and transmit data up to 50meters in open area. It has wide measurement range ( -40℃~+125℃ ) and multiple mounting arrangements. The sensors are designed for electrical assets up to 36kV.
Display cum receiver (Display unit) is used for measuring temperature sensors and a display unit can connect with up to 60 nos sensors.
LCD display shows the Real time temp with absolute values. One RS485 serial communication shall be possible from display unit.
Online Moisture monitoring & drying solutions for oil transformers
The system extracts moisture from the transformer oil tanks to molecular sieves(filters). An electrical pump circulates the transformer oil through the 3 cylinders containing a large amount of these molecular sieves.
The molecules of water dissolved in the oil will remain in the cylinders. Two moisture and temperature sensors are placed at the beginning and end of the system to monitor the moisture level of the transformer and to control a proper filtration process.
